Trapped on the inside

I used to feel as if there was something in there that could not get out. Something invisible, but yet strong and distinctive, that lurked on the inside wanting to get out. Now, after two and a half month of ashtanga yoga I suddenly feel released. As if there was a door I’ve been looking for and now I’ve suddenly stepped over the sill and I find myself in a new space. A new somewhere to explore.
